So the group is usually a secret group meaning that if you join, nobody on your facebook friends list will be able to see the group even exists which means they will never know you are member of the group or that you ever post in the group. The only flaw in this though, is that people can’t ask to join the group if it is secret, they can only be added by a pre-existing member.

So, for one hour each day, the group will become a ‘closed’ group meaning people who aren’t members will not be able to see the group content or postings but they will be able to ask to join the group. If you want to join the group, click the link above! 

Group rules:

1. You can feel free to post about your troubles but please ask a question on how to improve that issue or end it with a positive. EXAMPLE: “I’m having trouble following my meal plan, if anybody has any advice that would be great.” “I feel horribly fat today and i’m finding it hard, but tomorrow is a new day and i will be okay”.

2. DO NOT post numbers. Do not post calorie amounts, weights, measurements, etc.

3. Do not add people to your friend’s list unless you have that person’s permission first. Send them a message either on this group or private message them asking if it is okay to add them. Some people do not want fellow ED suffers on their friend’s list for privacy or personal reasons. Respect that.

4. If somebody breaks the above rules, please refer them back here or message me about it.

** as group members, you can feel free to upload any positive quotes, pictures, links, etc. Anything you think fellow members could benefit from. You can also feel free to add new members to the group, add anybody you think could benefit from the group.**

ED stuff

Yesterday i have a very indepth conversation with Sally about the anorexia voice. I am suppose to have “milky” hot chocolates but making a hot chocolate half milk half water is terrifying. I horde salt and tomato sauce sachets, i separate my food groups to eat them, i get horribly anxious when the kitchen staff serve my meals “oh, oh no not that much..like half, half please? I’m sorry.”, water and it bloating me, eating in my bedroom so i don’t get watched, thinking and walking and how i could burn more calories if i did X behaviour when walking. I miss grocery shopping…grocery shopping is more exciting than going to a party with all my friends.

I have a lot of habits at the moment.

Cutting Pros and Cons List
When my counselor and i started making this list i was certain the pros to self harm would be longer than the cons…i was wrong. Seeing this list all made up made me think about what i was actually doing to myself and the effects it has on my life. The pros hardly seem worth it anymore when compared to everything i have lost and could lose as a result of cutting myself. I think i might make a list for all the pros and cons of engaging in ED behaviour as well.
