I aced my meal plan today, and I also aced my stupid scars and wore a pair of shorts. I got some funny looks when walking around the school, and my parents kept on giving me the 'once over' glance ... but it was worth it. I was sweating my entire face off, and I'm sick of hiding myself like a nocturnal possum.

Meals
Breakfast:
1/3 cup oats
1 cup skim milk
Morning tea:
yoghurt
300ml water
Lunch:
spinach/cheese/tomato/corn/apple and chili jam wrap
300ml water
Afternoon tea:
crunchie chocolate bar
lemon ice cubes
300ml water
Dinner:
cheese and spinach pasta
tomato and onion sauce with red wine
carrots, peas and corn
400ml water
Dessert:
2 scoops ice cream with strawberry nesqik
250ml water

Me and mum:
Mum: So are you missing anything from the clinic? Missing group? Missing people? …Missing GP?
Me: -smile- OH YES I MISS GP. Fucking GP. Nah, don’t miss her, i miss Dr B though.
Mum: -laughs- What about dietitian?
Me: -stops eating dessert- No, who misses a dietitian?! No more meal increases!

On Friday i had to go to one of the hospitals in Canberra to get a script re-written for seroquel, i took 2 hours…and i still didn’t get a script, just a few pills to hold me over for a few days. The doctor at the hospital was quite rude and seemed to think i was either a joke or a junkie or both…even though i had a script and just needed it redone so i could get it for $5...
